ABOUT MARY ZIEGLER

Mary was born and raised in Park Forest, Illinois, and now lives in Colorful Colorado. Ever since she was young, she has enjoyed being active and spending time outdoors. Athletics have always been an important part of her life. About 10 years ago, Mary followed her dream to move to Alaska in pursuit of experiencing the wilderness in ways that would transform her life. This is where she discovered her passion for photography. It makes her come alive.

She has always known nature to be in her blood. To Mary, nature represents not only beauty, but her spiritual connection to God. She desires to capture these experiences with nature to allow people to share in the awe of the moment—to be transported into a feeling that only nature can provide.
